Im new to exercise! After 2 children I now feel I need to tone up all over.
Nothing too fast and complicated as I have no rhythm or coordination Grin
Thanks.

The Shred.

^^ what she said!

The 30 day shred is really good. I have 3 children (youngest 14 months) and started weight loss and exercise about 9 months ago. Kick started with the 30 day shred and it really gives results. Also the DVD is only 30 minutes so not too time consuming. It is high intensity interval training (HIIT) so it is tough but if you stick to it over the 30 days you won't regret it. X

Another shred evangelist here

It's really great, even if you can't do it every day it gets results

Another vote for the 30 day shred GrinGrin

Tis bloody marvelous!

I really like shred because it is short - not so happy with ripped in 30 for the reason that well it takes 30! I also like this one as most of the work outs dont need any equipment.

I like the shred too. But I wouldn't do it 30 days in a row unless you really want to because you could do with some recovery days especially if new to exercise.

I should dust it off again!

I know people like Davina's DVDs. I am doing her pre/postnatal one which is ok but not super hard and the jokes get a bit repetitive.

Don't throw things but I used to love Cindy Crawford's tapes. But a few techniques she does aren't a great idea so best to avoid...

I'd recommend Davinas DVDs. I just started this week the one that has 3 30min workouts. I find this is just about long enough for me as I am not at all fit. Done it 3 times and can really feel it in my legs and I'm sure I found a muscle in my right arm tonight! I'm going to look well fit by Xmas (ha ha).

Wow I think I will have to try the shred! Thanks everyone Smile
