Hula hooping?

Has anyone used a hula hoop to lose weight or tone up a little? Did you see any results?

I go to powerhoop classes and use a weighted hoop. It had toned my waist and hips and has caused me to have to downsize my bra back size as my bras are now too big. www.powerhoop.co.uk -think that is correct link
