I'm doing LighterLife light. Weigh in on a Monday evening. During the day on a Monday I drink a 'normal' amount of water (2l ish, maybe a bit less).
Just wondering what everyone else does? I think that if I drink my normal 3 litres I'll be blimp-like when I go for my evening weigh in. Probably ridiculous but I'm paying for this crap and I want an accurate reading wish I could weigh in naked first thing in the morning but assume that would be frowned upon
