My dh is overweight but has never managed to stick to any diet for long enough to lose more than about a stone (he needs to lose around 5).
I'm wondering whether hypnosis would work? He has terrible eating preferences - lots of meat, always orders the largest of anything, loves beer, would eat a lot more sweets if he wasn't diabetic and eats too many even so.
I do know that it should come from him but he never has enough commitment to keep it up which is why I wonder if hypnosis might help?
