Abdominal toning belt

Please can anyone who used it , can share their experience with me.
I have one, my dh bought it two years ago but we never used it. I just tried tonight for the first time and not sur what to expect :)

It's a long winded way to tone your abs - it's much quicker and more effective to do proper crunches and actually work your abs.

To be honest, these toning belts are a lazy way out, no way is it going to be as effective as actually exercising, lol.

I've got one of these and used it for a while, but because I wanted to tone up properley all round I started exercising and didn't feel the need to use a belt too. As Betty says, you'll get better results with exercise, and burn calories at the same time. Also, I find exercising more pleasant than wearing one tbh! Not particularly painful but not comfortable either. If you imagine a little elf punching you in the tummy every 2 minutes - well, it gets annoying after a while.
