hi everyone, this is my first post. i have a beautiful little girl called Quinn. she was born on 22jan 2012, she is now almost 2, crazy how fast it goes. i was very silly when i was pregnant and decided that as i was going to get fat anyway i could therefore eat whatever i liked....5stone and a 9lb9oz baby later....big mistake realised! i lost about a stone through labour because of the little heffa and alot of water! and then lost another stone-stone and a half in the first six weeks just from cutting done my excessive eating. i am now down to a stone and a half still to loose. we want to start trying for our second baby around may next year and i am determind to get back to my prebaby weight before i fall pregnant again. and i will definately not be stupid with my eating again! my problem is snacking...when i get my DD a snack ill have something...ive cut down alot though and lost 2lb in the last 3 weeks. i think a target of 1lb a week is realistic and ill loose the weight in plenty of time and maybe some extra which would be great! i also need to start exercising! my partner reminds me but my problem is....im lazy. ill put my hands up and admit it. but i am giving myself a kick up the ass now and i will loose this weight....anyone else put on lots or struggling to loose their weight? xxx
