Just started reading the book today, makes a lot of sense, I'm known for not seeing things through though so not sure how I'll stick to a 6 week programme.. Hmm Anyone done it or currently doing it?

I've read some reviews. Will see how expensive the kindle book is. Problem I have is I've failed at every diet (I used to be naturally thin, now I'm naturally overweight and have no will power) but CBT methods may be what I need.

Ooh get it!! CBT helped me control panic attacks in the past, something in the solution just clicked for me. I've already read lots of stuff that I identify with in the book, I suppose it's just a matter of practising. I'm doing slimming world but keep falling off the wagon. However, tomorrow is a new day and I'm feeling positive Grin just hope that lasts till tea time! Confused

So I am doing days 1-4 today! Made my list of the advantages of weight loss! It was A LOT longer than I thought it would be, I didn't realise how many niggling things about my weight were in my head! And how many if them are about pleasing/shutting up others about my weight! I've always said I don't mind my weight or worry about others opinions but I suppose after years and years of comments it's obviously had some effect! Who knew it would be such a journey of self discovery Wink
