I've been losing weight/toning up for about 9 months, and have successfully dropped 10 kilos so far. The problem is I seem to have reached a plateau and am struggling to shift the last 5 kilos. I also really need to tone up my arse and improve my general flexibility (but especially hamstrings).
I'm not following any special diet plan. Just eating healthily (nothing processed, lots of salad, low carb), and exercising (squash and swimming mostly, occasionally a BodyPump class, and I walk or cycle everywhere).
Anyone want to join me and help kick my ass motivate each other?
