Not a jot! Just prepare for lots of jumping jacks!

TantrumsandBananas · 28/10/2013 17:06

No. But be prepared to feel like a jelly when you have done it!

Does work though.

Been intending getting mine out again this week - you have inspired me, getting it out tomorrow!

Davinaaddict · 28/10/2013 17:12

No - I'm digging mine out again this week, it's great. Only think I would suggest is do every exercise on the easiest level for the first go, even if you're finding it easy. I've heard sooooo many stories of people pulling muscles on the first go and having to either contine in agony or put it away for a few days to recover Haloween Sad

Great thanks everyone, actually a bit excited about getting the dc to bed to try it. That won't last long!

Two days in and I'm just wondering-

With it being advertised as "30 day shred" can my family claim a refund if Jillian actually kills me before the 30 days are up?

you'll be fine, the first few days are the worst. When I started it I had to lower myself, holding onto the towel rail to sit on the loo, muscles hurt that much. Do more stretches than JM does at the end, particularly calves. One I found effective was to stand on first step of the stairs with my heels hanging off, then lower your feet slightly this stretches the calves really well.

Lord no, there's hardly any choreography involved, and (thankfully) not an ear-shattering drum-and-bass soundtrack either. You can go as slow or as fast as you like. I must admit I get very weary of all those jumping jacks, and often just jog on the spot instead.

Haha yes prawn, my neighbours must have wondered what all the groaning was coming from my house at 4am this morning when I went to the toilet!

First day for me today! Feeling quite good but wondering if I'll be in much pain tomorrow Grin Are you feeling better now blue?
