Today I managed to make myself get up earlier than the rest of the household to exercise for the first time in ages!
I'm now almost 17 weeks post c section with dc2 and decided it was now or never!

I did the level one of 30 day shred and just wondered- are you supposed up do 10 days at level one, 10 at 2 and 10 at 3?

Any newly returned to exercise ladies care to post here and motivate/ support each other?

You can do it that way, see how you feel! Well done!

Congratulations. At 17 weeks post c section I was back at work with DD but exercise was definitely not on the agenda. Now she's 12 years old, maybe it's time I starte?

I am sat in my jammies, feeling very lazy, and admiring you from afar. I'm also thinking about that exercise bike in my bedroom, which has turned into a clothes hanger since it was moved in there. It looks lovely, but really isn't being utilised.

My friend just joined the gym and has lost nearly a stone in 5 weeks. I am jealous, but the question is, am I jealous enough to do something? The rain outside makes me think no but the bike is indoors, so I might join you. Best get dressed first though :D

Grin Rabbits! I'd quite like to get to the gym actually but certainly can't fit that in my life at the moment that's for sure!

Thanks Spirulina!Smile

Well done! I'm 13 weeks post c section.

My time came 3 days ago when I realised the baby weight wasn't going to miraculously shift itself from me sitting on my bum eating pasta all day.

We have just got a new exercise bike/cross trainer and it is actually in the living room, directly opposite my favourite seat on the sofa. I'm doing 2 lots of 10 minute fast cycling a day on it along with a less crap/less food in general type diet.

I feel somewhat better in myself already. I find dieting so much easier when I couple it with exercise so I feel like my time exercising isn't going to waste.

Weighed in at 12st 6 last Wednesday, couldn't resist getting on the scales today and down to 12st 2. Still a long way to go but I will do this.

Well done woolly! 4lbs already- that's impressive!

I'm hoping to get some exercise done every morning before the madness begins as I'm too knackered by the time the evening comes along. Trying to eat a bit better too as I seem to be snacking on rubbish a lot, drinking far more caffeine than before, and finishing off dc1 s food- classic mum trap!!!

11lb 7 this morning.

Even if I get less wobbly that'll be a start!Grin

Just did day 2!

And after a night of being up about 10 times with dc1 I'm feeling pretty pleased about that!
