hi,

I lost 2 stone before I got pregnant and still had 2 stone to go (with weight watchers, can't rejoin though as need to save my money).

my DD is nearly 8 months now I have lost all motivation to diet and I feel to tired to do any exercise.
feeling totally fat and blugh Sad a lot of the time.
DD doesn't like to be in her pushchair so going for walks is not much fun.

she's a good baby, can happily play by herself for a long time which would be a great time for me to get on my wii fit or something... I honestly can't be bothered though coz I'm tired...

guess I'm asking for a bit of advice and having a bit of a moan Confused

Hi Sparker, I know the feeling! My baby is 4 months old, I've around 1.5 st to loose. Difficult birth and after complications means that I havnt been able to exercise sooner.

Was quite fit before I got pregnant & eat quite healthily but now I've been so inactive for so long it's annoying & tough starting exercising again. Been walking lots abd that's about it so eating is key for my weight loss.

Have you much to loose? Am taking it 7lbs at a time as my target. Lost 21lbs after birth then put 7 back on cause I couldn't exercise.... crap!

I've got at least 2 stone to lose, but I'd like to lose 2.5 stone.

that'd a good idea taking it 7lbs at a time! i used to do that actually before I got pregnant. every 7lbs I lost I'd buy my self a 'well done' present. I'll have to start thinking like that again.

I want to lose weight but am also desperate to tone up to...get rid of the wobblyness!! Lol Smile

Hi OP, I'm the same as you! I've been eating healthily but my only real exercise was from going out walking with the pram. I bought 10 minute Blast Off Belly Fat and have been doing the 10 minute Pilates section each day. I can really see a difference already and it literally does just take 10 minutes.

I am another one feeling on the fat side! DS is 7 months I have 2 stone to lose. I was doing quite a bit of excercise and had lost 6lbs but have fallen of the wagon due to tiredness and DH being away and have put it all back on. I am struggling to cut back food wise as breast feeding makes me ravenous!!
