J really want to lose about a stone but just can't seem to do it. Ineed someone to sort me out tell me what to do and kick some butt! I hate salad and am a really fussy eater. I work long hours and have no time for exercise.

Can someone suggest a menu plan? If I started walking how much and hoe often would I need to do this?

Someone please help me to do this!

Do not eat chocolate, cheese, bread, meat or sugar. At all. Do not drink alcohol. At all. In 4 or 5 weeks you'll be a stone lighter.

there is no magic - you must expend more energy than you consume.

If you eat a high protien diet and cut dairy, bread and pasta stick to meat and veg - you will lose 4 lbs in 4 days
