Yes I used it after DC was born. I hacked it for about 2 months but then switched to using my fitness pal and just calorie counting.
Food is all nice, and a huge range. I was worried it would be disgusting but it actually wasn't. I gave up because I just missed real food. Sandwiches, cereal, steak....
Potential problems. What will your DC/DP eat? If you still have to cook for them you're so much more likely to cave. My dp did diet chef at the same time so we were food buddies and baby was so little he wasn't weaning yet just on milk.
