I have done Cambridge twice and had to stop for various reasons.

It is a very very very difficult diet and only should be done if you are willing to change your attitude towards food as the biggest challenge is keeping the weight off afterwards which can be done easily by going onto slimming world or the like once at target weight.

The first week is hell but you will lose a lot which is a great confidence boost.

I am meeting a consultant tomorrow so starting Tuesday- a bit nervous as I don't actually like milkshakes, but needs must!
I was hoping to lose weight by eating healthily and exercising but life is so hectic at the moment I am surviving on chocolate bars, biscuits and ready meals.
