Change in Weather

Hi everyone just want to know is anyone else affected by the weather getting colder.
I am 5ft 4" and was 13st 11lbs. I started to loose weight on a Vegetarian Atkins type diet during the summer hols and the first week I lost 7lb. I found it really easy and the weight dropped off, then I went on holiday and maintained my new weight, I came back from hols and the next week lost a further 4lb. Then everything fell apart. I am now back to 13st 4lb and trying not to gain any more.

Since the weather has changed and it has gotten colder all thoughts of dieting have gone out of the window. My heating is going full blast and I am still freezing even sitting here with my coat on drinking endless cups of coffee trying to get warm. It is not helped by my school run routine which means I get up at 6 am and I finally get home from delivering youngest child to school at 9.45. There is no time to eat in between and I am starving hungry and end up eating a couple of cheese rolls which are quick and easy to make as soon as I get in the door.
Does anyone else get freezing cold all the time. Even my kids cannot understand how cold my hands get. I am beginning to wonder whether if I moved to hotter climes whether I would be 8st in no time.
Any hints or tips appreciated. I can lose weight, work and move heaven and earth when the sun is shining but as soon as winter sets in everything freezes.

Yes, I get severely affected by the cold (more so since I've lost loads of weight - less padding I guess). I generally want more comfort - be that cosy clothes or warm foods. I'm generally more irritable when I feel cold too.

But it doesn't affect my weightloss - it makes it harder to diet, yes, but my desire to lose weight overrides that.

This is going to sound blunt (sorry in advance!) but did you really have to have two cheese rolls. Just the one should have satisfied your hunger. Also, is there really not time to eat a banana or cereal bar in the morning before or during the school run?

My last food apart from about a 2" piece of pizza crust about 8.30 last night was at about midday. I was starving.
1 cheese roll did not go anywhere near satisfying my hunger. It is not as though having the heating going full blast warms me up it is as though I am frozen from the insides. I cannot move and my brain goes on go slow. I really hate this weather. I am seriously thinking of moving to a hotter climate. I was in the US a few years ago and it was 112 degrees in the shade, it was the first time in my life that I have felt truly warm. Everyone was fainting with the heat, I went jogging. It was wonderful.
