Blossom, The only thing that Adios do is make you go to the toilet 1000 times a day. It's not vey nice!!!!

The link I have attached is from Holland and Barrett.

The stuff is called Fat Metaboliser Tablets and it's basically a herbal thing and it's very gentle. It's basically fasten up your metabolism and make you loose the weight gradually and it will stay off.

I used it and lost 1 1/2 stone in 6 months and that was without following the given diet or anything. I only took the tables for a month to see what will happen, but I didn't want any more to eat or no other cravings and after another 5 months I still haven't picked that up.

My friends has tried that as well and I have not heard anything negative about it.

Hope this is helpfull.

i'll just add my bit - i'm about a stone overweight and thought i'd try them recently. didn't make a jot of difference. not a bit.

Mosschops30, I agree about what you said, but I did do my research before I started taking it and will only get things like that from wellknown shops.

I am cutting back on what I eat and going to gym 4 times a week so maybe I should just peservere with that?

mosschops, any idea what tablets those were? Sound scary.

I've tried all sorts of weight loss pills, the best ones I had (along with healthy eating and excercise) were from betterware or kleaneze catalogue about 5yrs ago!! I'm sure they're still about, although I don't get either catalogue where I live now. Also found grapefruit squash keeps me at around 10st 5, but I drink gallons of the stuff, I wanted to follow the grapefruit diet but it was toooo much!!!!!
