Fed up of feeling unattractive and frumpy, I've decided to do something about it.

I find it hard to diet so thought I'd approach things from a different angle.
I'm going to eat at least 6 portions of fruit and veg a day, drink lots of water and do some exercise every day. I have the Shred but haven't done it in ages.
I'm also going to do daily and weekly body maintenance like do my nails, regular skin cleansing and deep conditioning for hair.
I've recently been to the dentist and seen a hygienist and had my hair cut and coloured so I'm motivated to keep things improving.

I'll be glad of any company if anyone wants to join me.

I know this was a little over a week ago but... I'm in if you and anyone else still is! Smile

I am on a weight loss trip but it will be a very slow affair due to thyroid issues, so I have also been wanting to feel better about my appearance beyond dieting.

I will be going back to a diet advised by my GP (nothing faddy, just an approach to healthy eating to improve absorption of meds and vits). I've been lazy with my hair care and want to go back to things I used to do and I need to trim. Ditto with taking care of my nails. I used to make time for a little 'home spa' moment each week - work, study, house move, clutter, baby etc have all led to forgetting this. I think I should restart this. I also need to see my dentist!

In addition, I've been improving my wardrobe to have all clothes that are good quality, flattering and comfortable and this has gone a long way to making me feel more confident.
