I want to lose about 4kg (weighed myself this morning for the first time in months and it's depressing).
But I'm 5 weeks pregnant.
Last time I was pregnant I was sick daily until 6 months but still managed to put on 11kg over the pregnancy.
Not yet being sick (woo hoo) but would really like to avoid putting on too much weight. I'm not sure if I should aim to lose some in the first few months, or just try to avoid putting it on...
Any advice?
