I want to do this as i've gone up a jean size and want to loose about 3 stone!
anyhow going WW combined with the GI diet, (worked b4 I had Joey) is it right that u have an extra 10 points per day?
also got the charlie brooks DVD - god that's a work out, anyhow hoping to shift this weight in a few months so i'm a slim jim for xmas time! :o
