I've started to do some vigorous classes, and my tracksuit bottoms keep falling down!
My problem is once the waistband has travelled down my belly (especially when running or jumping), my hips aren't that wide so my trousers keep falling down! It's getting rather embarrassing.
Things I've tried:
- Those stretchy shiny legging type. These actually fell down the worst!
- Buying tracksuit bottoms in a size smaller. (still fell down)
- Wearing tracksuit bottoms with a more "stiff" waistband - popper kept popping!
Does anyone have any ideas? I suppose something with an adjustable waistband might work, but I haven't come across any.
