I got on the scales yesterday and was shocked. I've 'put on' 2 1/2 stone since December! Some is muscle but definitely not all. So, I need to lose about 2 stone. I've already lost the easy weight as of this morning (back at my toughest gym class and back on diet and AF over) so it's 4lbs of mainly water weight done 24 to go!!!
