I have spare weight around belly/ thighs/ hips and bum - 1/2 stone I guess would make me more comfortable and make clothes fit better.
What is the best way - calorie counting / low carb / slimming world etc?
How long will it take realistically...?
Oh- and I don't think I can be doing with this '2 day fast' stuff - I am an all or nothing person... any help and recommendations?
