What's a good low cal snack to eat whilst watching a DVD

Having a friend over tonight to watch a trashy film. On the rare occasions we get to do this, we'd usually have a bottle of wine, an M&S picnic & a box of chocs. I am trying to lose weight at the moment tho. I'm going to have sparkling water & will cook rather than do the picnic which is fine but will feel deprived if I can't have something to snack on during the film. What's a good 100 - 150 cal snack?
Thanks

I usually make a batch of salted microwave popcorn for us to share, but coouldn't tell you how any calories it is. Sorry!

What about some strawberries?

Individual bags of caramel snack a jacks are 100 cal and popcorny. A solero is about 100 cal. You can dry pop popcorn but I don't know how to! A two finger kit Kat or 4 rich tea biscuits?

I like the caramal snack a jacks idea as it would almost seem like a treat. I'm eating a lot of "nice" fruit (so cherries, strawberries etc) as am trying to up my fruit & veg intake and quickly decided that there were only so many bananas, apples etc I could eat in a week.
