Hey, has anyone tried these? I've just bought one to have at home and really hoping I haven't wasted my money!

I would say be careful. I went on one in my local gym and I don't know whether I didn't operate it properly (i only stood on it and held on) but the joints in my wrists and knees were agony the day afterwards so bad I had to go to my gp. He said I had strained my wrists and knees. It went away after a couple of days but the pain was intense enough to bring tears.

Make sure you read and reread the instructions.

I bought a vibration plate from argos and it seems to be working. I just stand on mine and pull my stomach in. Not had it long so its still early days. Make sure you bend your knees ever so slightly otherwise its makes your joints hurt.

Did you buy the actual Flabulos brand machine? I looked at one but they were way too expensive.

I do always feel like I've done some kind of exercise when I get off mine!
I know someone who does a plank position on there's with elbows on the plate. I tried it and its killer!! I think I'll get back into that Grin

I love mine! I use it for 10 minutes at a time, standing still, then lowering into squats, then standing up straight ans twisting left then right to my shoulders are completely pointing left/right.

I really can see and feel a difference.
