I think it's relatively new but I'm considering giving it a go after seeing some on the results pics on Twitter!

Yes I think it's a con too. My friend has it and showed me and all the exercises are standard that you can get on you tube. They also only show a circuit once so you get say 2 minutes of a workout and then you have to go to your computer and click back on the start to re do the exercises.

I've seen workout routines listed, I'll just YouTube them and save the money Smile
