Hello!
I hope I am posting in the right place, completely new to this and to Slimming World!

I have just joined the online Slimming World - Unfortunately there are no Slimmining World meetings in the Island.

Anyway, I am just trying to get my head round it - I havent got a clue where to start and to be honest find the whole thing confusing!

I dont know what foods I should be looking up and am wondering if I am looking at the right things - pasta and potatos really unlimited?!?!

I am so used to either X amount of points or calories for the day!

Could someone please simplify what I am supposed to be doing?

Any help would be much appreciated! Thank-You Smile

Hi

On the extra easy every day you are allowed 1 healthy extra A and 1 healthy extra B, these are usually weighed or measured.

All fresh and frozen fruit and veg are free and you can eat as much of hese as you like. Tinned fruit is not free and you need to use syns if you want these. Potatoes are free and you can have as much of these as you like.

All meat, fish etc is free as long as all fat is removed.

Pasta, rice and noodles are also free and you can eat as much as you like.

All free foods do not need to be weighed or measured and are unlimited to how much you eat.

Each day you are allowed between 5-15 syns. To work out a foods syn value there is an area on the slimming world website that you enter the product and it will give you the syn value.

Hope this helps
