I had dc2 six months ago and have been elb but I still have to loose about 3st. I also have a 'huge' overhang (cs#2)
. I have been eating quite sensibly so am a bit concerned if it will ever go.
When I had dc1 I also ebf, ate loads but went for lots of walks as well and was back at my pre-pregnancy weight after 8 months. Most of it was gone by 5/6 months. I am hoping to bf until dc2 is about a year or perhaps longer. Does bf not automatically help to loose weight? What are the foods I can safely cut down on whilst bf? I do have a lot of full fat milk products, occasionally some dark chocolate but eat quite healthily overall.
Anyone with some encouraging advice?
