Having tried all the others, I'm resorting to Slimfast, as nothing else seems to work. WW No count painfully slow, counting points just left me feeling starving, and still not losing much. Slimming World far too faffy. So, second day on Slimfast and not feeling too hungry, just think I'll get bored very quickly. However, I read somewhere that people who lost weight by this type of method were more successful at keeping the weight off for good. Anyone on this now, or done it in the past who can encourage me? many thanks.
