I'm lousy with willpower at the moment, so really taking things one day at a time.
Today I had a good day.
No junk was eaten.
I had my full 5 a day (or more)
I ate lovely food.
I fitted in a few walks for exercise.
I was in my calorie allowance (doing mfp.com)
Hope everyone else had a good day.
I've planned for tomorrow - so that should be good too. :)
