hey hey been reading lots of sports bra reviews - the shock absorber / panache / enell get good reviews but can't find many reviews on from runners with small ribages.

Anyone in the 30F region got a recommendation? I'll be running (slowly) and doing shred type dvds in it.

I'm a 28FF and wear the enell in a size 00 for running, and it's marvellous. I wear Freya Active ones in the gym and they're rather good too. I didn't get on with the shock absorbers (chafed horribly to the point of not being able to wear a bra for days) and haven't tried the panache. If you want to go for just one go for the enell. They never wear out - mine are 7 years old and as armoured supportive as they were when I bought them. The Freya ones wear out.

I have the Panache in a 32G and I LOVE it. I have worn out two Enells... I think it's very good too but fugly and gives you monoboob! Panache gives a better look. Shock Absorber sizing is a bit odd I think.

I'm a 30F and like the shock absorber 'run' bras. Very little wobble, but a bit of a faff to get into.

SuperJock. You get a bad case of uniboob but nothing moves Grin

Im a 30E (F when period due) shorty (5.2). I wear the shock absorber 'run' bra for running and find it great, no bouncing at all. I had to go up a backsize though to get a good fit.

I'm a 30GG and love the Freya Active underwired. Have to size up in the back though as it comes up small.

I have the shock absorber in a 32F I think, its small in the back (I'm 28FF) so make sure you try one first. No movement at all in it though Grin
