Had a lovely time but the combination of cheese and wine (we went to France) has added 4lbs on the scales - eek.
Rules to start with.
No alcohol during the week
Drink lots of water
Have some protein with breakfast
Exercise every day (am doing MuTu system to deal with tummy!)
Only eat when genuinely hungry
No food after 9pm
I have lost quite a lot of weight over the last couple of years, over 2.5 stone. I still have another 2 stone to go plus the albs from holiday so I'm keen to get back on a downward trend quickly!
