What sensible diet/ detox things will make a little difference in a WEEK!?

I've left it too late, I've a sports injury so can't exercise and feel a bit flabby!

Help, what can I do in a week to make a difference I'll notice but still within the bounds of safe/ not crazy crash diets?

I'm happy to do low carbing and drink loads of water. Anything else?

I'm not especially overweight but have lost tone on chunky thighs and tend to retain water.

Depending on what your injury is you could perhaps try something low impact like pilates or yoga, just modify the exercises.

Other than that, yes to low carb and gallons of water (needs to take own advice)

Thanks BigBrass. I guess I could go swimming as that shouldn't bother my injury.

Bit daunted by the low carbing as I love carbs but going to give cutting down a try at least.

Those body wrap things shrink you down for a little bit - it's not permanent or 'real' weight loss but if its a case of looking good for a specific occasion?

Good idea with the wrap. How long do the effects last?

No carbing ditched already as I felt horrid but I will stick with much lower carbs.
Still need to book a wrap and drinking loads of water...must go, loo calling!
