I am looking for advice on the most simple diet that will be compatable with breastfeeding (7 month old not teeny newborn)

was wondering if anyone has any advice about what the easiest diet is. I have lost 40 pounds with weight watchers pre-pregnancy but we cook moats food from scratch and working out the points was hard work. I really like the sound of the 5/2 diet but I am still breastfeeding ds so I don't think a very restrictive diet would be good for my milk supply.

I'd love to hear any advice! :)

Watching with interest! I'm considering getting in touch with Slimming World next week as know that can work with pregnancy/breastfeeding, but anything I can do at home by myself would be better...

I did WW after DD was born and lost 5 stone in a year. It's definitely good to continue cooking from scratch etc-could you try the core plan or whatever they're calling it now so you don't have to count points?

Well done Antoinette! I'm not sure what the core plan is, I will Google it :)

WW is suitable for bf, you get extra points. I know it's a pain working out points but if you do it online you can put in all your recipes and then you don't have to do it again. Congrats on your weight loss so far.

Just checked-Core is now called Filling and Healthy.
