I have just demolished an egg and bacon sandwich with tonnes of doritos!!!! Just can't get motivated to shift the lard!

Howmanykiddies??? I've been trying since DS was born (nov 2002) to shift the excess weight, and all I've done is lose a bit and then put it back on again. Started WW in march, and have lost 8.5lbs, which I just can't stick to, as the weight loss is too slow. So on Monday, I started Slimfast, which miraculously seems to be easier than WW. I even forgot to have one for breakfast this morning, and I never forget a meal! I think my stomach has shrunk or something! Here's hoping it continues...

Surprise, seven between us but only five live with us, as if that's not enough ha ha! Weighed myself in Boots this am, ritual humiliation, found I've put on three pounds since last week and actually need to lose 2stone 4lbs for my 'ideal' weight! Diet starts today, contemplating starting a WW v SW thread, although probably done before. Good luck with the Slimfast.
