Hey ladies, I'd like someone to tell me a great diet with proven results they have done? I'm doing the 8hr diet at the moment and lost a stone, but its not really very fast and I'm always tired and hungry. (8hr diet you eat only 8hrs in the day, I chose 11am to 7pm to eat healthy then no more food until 11am next day) I want something better and proven to lose weight, help? My birthday next month, want to lose 2stone by christmas xx
