Bought 30 day shred but don't own weights... advice needed please :(

Where is the cheapest place to buy weights? Could I use anything else?

I used tins of food as well to start with. It was a shock when I went on to weights!! I bought some pretty cheap from Sports Direct. You can get them on Amazon or in Argos too.
