We go on holiday in 10 days time and I have completely lost focus - bit of background....
I am a habitual yo yo dieter - spend my life loosing weight, putting it on, loosing it etc!
I was recently very focused as I had a bridesmaid dress to get in to but since the wedding a couple of weeks ago (and with all this lovely BBQ weather) I've lost food focus
I've somehow picked up a back injury - never had a back problem before - but the last week I've been so uncomfortable that my usual exercise is just a no no
I'm usually very active but have done pretty much nothing for the last couple of weeks
So, with 10 days to go I NEED to get some focus back otherwise I will be going on holiday all squishey and when I come home I'll have extra weight to loose - I know I'll pile on at least half a stone whilse we are away (possibly even a stone!)
What can I do????
