So, can't blame baby weight anymore and want to not be obese- 4 ft 10 and weight 11stone- crikey that brought tears to my eyes when I worked out my BMI! Head no longer in the sand.
I want to kick start weight loss to keep me motivated and thought I'd go with 5:2 diet- can anyone recommend nice 600 calorie recipes that aren't just dust and water?
I want to lose half stone by September and would like to not resemble a snowman by Christmas- anyone want to buddy?
