Having a baby has shifted my lumps and bumps around...

DS is 8 months old and very...cumbersome! (bear with me, relevant, I think!). I'm 5'4", about 9.5 stone (exactly the same as pre-DS) but I am a completely different shape when compared with before and looking for wise/helpful words...

I used to be a pear but my previously bootylicious bottom has disappeared (interesting development), and I now feel like an Eastern Bloc weightlifter - big (breastfeeding) boobs and chunky shoulders/upper arms (possibly from slinging/lifting a big baby).

Did anyone find they slimmed down again on top post-breastfeeding? Especially with the arms and shoulders. I feel like weight is clinging on around the belly and arms, with no hope of shedding it. Are there any exercises I can do to improve matters? Thank you!
