Cambridge plan is it good for bingers?

Afternoon all!

I've been battling with weight watchers for months after having my baby after being successful on it in the past

I'm a binge eater and i just can't control it at the moment!

I'm very very unhappy with my weight though so i was wondering if the cambridge plan might be good for me to take away the choice and i will just have my set things to eat/drink in the cupboard! Maybe i just need a clean break from 'proper' food for a while!

Or do you think it would make me worse?

Yes it is for me as I am a binger and very overweight.

Find a Consultant you like and is interested in you.

See a few before you choose and if you are unhappy with your choice move on to another.

Liking the Consultant and getting the right support for you is extremely important.
