Hi All,

DS2 has just turned one and I really want to shift some weight now, however I dont want it to negatively effect my milk supply.

I've just been on Kellymom and it gives some useful guidelines but I'm after some more experienced based tips Grin

Have any of you done this? and if successful how did you go about it?

Thanks in advance

Hi I'm still breast feeding my 17 month old.
I joined weight watchers 4 months ago and have lost 40 lb ! I am almost at my prebaby weight. It doesn't seem to have affected my supply my ds is still very interested in feeding.
I just make sure that I eat my full points allowance - I don't let myself get hungry so I eat lots of salad and fruit and I walk a lot and earn loads of activity points. I feel fabulous actually and would highly recommend it.
