Not dieting but exercising and cutting the crap

So I'm going to cut out bread, crisps and sweets. What I need to know is what should I eat for breakfast when I'm following no specific diet? Something relatively healthy and ... Is it really bad to eat loads of fruit? I'm not a fruit fan but I have bought innocent smoothies to try and get a healthy kick in a morning. Going to start jogging tomorrow. Any advise welcome

Drinking smoothies/fruit juice is bad as there are tonnes of sugar!!!

Eating fruit with a glass of water is better for your teeth as the fruit is only broken down while being digested so your teeth won't get a layer of sugar splatted on them!

yoghurt with nuts and honey and seeds? I have this most days .. usually with greek yoghurt - delicious and you could put fruit in it..

I dont eat breakfast. I try to hold off as long as possible.

Im doing the same as you, upping my exercise and just trying to cut down food without actually going on a diet IYSWIM. Im not cutting out carbs or counting calories just not snacking and making a few swaps like water instead of Coke.

We have porridge and a smoothie made with a banana, natural live yogurt and milk. Delicious, and keeps me full all morning.

I started a similar plan 4 weeks ago and have lost 9 pounds - am really pleased. Only another 40 to go, it seems like a drop in the ocean
Have been walking for 4/5 miles per day and eating healthy food although I failed on Sunday and ate a Mars Bar.(hangs head in shame)

I'm not really a breakfast person. So I have an apple in the morning. For lunch I steam a whole bag of spinach and have it with a tin of mackerel, but you can have it with some grilled chicken too. When I'm hungry later I make a smoothie with live yogurt & mango, and for dinner I have whatever I want but nothing too fatty. I have been doing a lot of walking too. I sometime go on 8 miles walks.

Good luck everyone on losing weight.

i am going to Tenerife in two weeks and will feel like a beached whale on the beach. I will try really hard not to gain any weight on holiday and try and stick to fruits and grilled meats/ salads. Dont drink alcohol so that wont be a problem.

I am going to go out and buy a couple of cover ups
