Can anyone recommend a good but cheap exercise bike?

Want to get fit while watching the telly so thought an exercise bike will do the job! I need one with a comfy seat, is quiet and maybe counts calories but not essential. And ideally under £100, am
I dreaming or is this possible?! Grin

I got mine from a charity shop. It's a bit noisy but counts calories. Cost £25 IIRC.
Charity shops quite often have keep-fit gear.
