Hideous batwing arms...how to get rid of them?

Hello,

I'm not massively overweight I suppose I'm a bit fat. I weigh about 11 stone and I'm 5'6. I wear a 14 usually. I have a small pot belly. I'm OK about my weight mostly, would like to lose a bit, so I'm doing 5:2.
But... I have (and have always had, to an extent) awful fat arms, with wobbly batwings. I think they're getting worse.
What do I need to do, what exercises specifically and how often to get rid of them. Can you get rid of them? How long does it take?

Tricep dips, and bicep curls with small weights or tins.

Will google what that means. How many a day?

Have googled and found 3 easy exercises, thanks. Should I do stuff everyday? Can't do gym but could go swimming maybe, is swimming helpful?

I do weighted tricep dips with a 5kg plate on my lap, 3 sets of 15, three times a week. For every muscle in the body there is an opposite muscle. This is called the agonist and antagonist so if the agonist is the chest, the antagonist is the back. For the bicep it is the tricep.

What poorly written post above! Please accept my apologies, I'm full of cold!

I've been doing various Jillian Michaels workouts for a while now and she really works your arms and whole upper body. Actually, her workouts just generally tone you up all over.

I can see my triceps now. Although I have a bit of loose skin from when I used to be overweight, the results are really good. Her DVD's aren't expensive either.

I've found the 30 day shred on youtube (level 1) so I was gonna give that a go and do some bicep and tricep curls too.

Use these when you go swimming.

I've got a tricep dip app on my IPhone where you gradually increase the daily amount.

I haven't done it for a while.Blush When I was doing it regularly I could see and feel the difference.

I have good muscle tone but flappy skin. Only a cardigan helps imo.
