The first 3 days I listened to it every day and lost 4lb. I was amazed. I know it's only 4lb but for me that's a breakthrough! The 4th and 5th day I didn't listen to it and put on 3lb [sad] so I've started listening to it every day again, sometimes twice a day [blush] I think I'm getting slightly obsessed with it [grin] Will listening to it too much have a bad effect? I haven't got weighed so I don't know if listening to it more has made much difference but I'm definitely eating less than I did on my 4th and 5th day.
