I was quite surprised to weigh myself this morning and find that I'd lost 2 lbs. I know it's not a lot, but I am now happily convincing myself I have stumbled upon a brilliant diet plan to up my metabolism!
I reckon I have been averaging 2000 calories per day. I have basically been sticking to my normal breakfast and lunch that I'd have when I am dieting, dinner has been more than my normal diet dinner, and then I've been having 2 - 3 chocolate bars a day

So, have I discovered a marvelous new diet plan, or is it a freak occurence? will probably go home and find I've put the 2 lbs on already
