Just posted in the calorie counting forum and was wondering if anyone had any experience of the F2f 'programme'? Fat2fit radio

The idea seems to be you eat the number of calories you should be to maintain what should be your healthy weight, based on your basal metabolic rate, height, body fat ratio, total daily energy expenditure and so forth, maybe deducting 300 cals from that calorie intake just to speed things up a bit, then you will eventually lose excess weight.

The scheme works on the idea that cutting down below that ideal calorie intake minus 300 cals will actually thwart your weight loss causing plateaux. It really does make sense but they also address the issue of the psychological problem of actually eating more than the 1300 a day that calorie controlled diets recommend!

Anyone a fan?!
