I think I may kill myself if I have to do another exercise DVD. What else can I do?

Was planning on joining a gym, but despite lots of juggling I just can't make the numbers work, which I am a bit blue about as was rather looking forward to a post-work swim (only gym near enough to be accessible in the evenings it mega bucks). I am SO BORED of my various Jillian/Beachbody exercise DVDs.

I've always got on better with exercise than dieting (because I have all the willpower of a small fish), but I just can't find an exercise program that appeals right now. I'm getting fatter and it's making me Sad but I can't quite seem to find the solution.

I can run in conjunction with another exercise, but can't do it exclusively as I have slightly dodgy knees that don't appreciate daily running (but can cope with reasonably high intensity exercise).

What do you all do to keep in shape? Inspire me! I work full time and have two preschoolers, so time isn't exactly a luxury, but I can find an hour three times a week (am beginning to think it might be easier to find 60-90 mins three times a week than to find 30 mins 6 times a week, but not sure if it would be effective).

Help!

time isn't a luxury I have. Obviously it's a luxury.

I'm currently doing an eight-week programme through Fitness Blender. I got the e-book for about a fiver but they have hundreds of free workouts on their site. The programme uses different routines for each session, which helps me avoid the boredom I felt with 30 day shred. The sessions are between 45-65 minutes and include cardio (often HIIT) and strength.

How about one of those military boot camps? They usually do them in local parks and fairly cheap
