Hi, I have lost a lot of weight, gone from a size 24 to a size 18. I'm very pleased because I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in mid-March and my radical lifestyle change has actually meant that I have reversed the changes and am now diabetes free Smile. Life is great but I have new challenges - one being the excess skin I have on my belly. There is still fat to lose there but also a huge great wodge of hanging belly skin - I'm like one of those people you see on embarrassing bodies. I also have some hanging skin at the top of my inner thighs. At the moment I only feel able to wear tunics and leggings and other clothes that cover my tummy.

I desperately need a new swimsuit but can't find anything suitable to contain all of the skin. Even the swimdress type things leave me with belly hanging out of the sides. I'm finding it hard to find underwear as well. The other issue is my ever decreasing breasts - I've gone from a 44g - about a month ago I bought 40dd bras and they fitted well but now the cups are baggy :( Don't get me wrong I would rather live with saggy belly and boobs and live longer and healthier but I just wondered if anyone else out there has any experience of this and perhaps some miracle ideas - even Gok Wan's underwear can't contain all of me!

Try some exercise that will tone you. The shred DVD is excellent for Toning. However I'm afraid it might be hard to tone up given your very fast weight loss. How did you do it? And we'll done!!

I have been doing toning exercise but I think with me it's gonna be a case of containment more than anything! I cut out all sugar and went for low fat and low GI - following the Easyloss Virtual Gastric band app for moral support!

Well done. I've been trying to give up sugar. I reckon it'd be easier for an addict to give up heroin than it is to give up sugar. Have you considered speaking to your dr?

I've been losing slowly and I have to say I think that's why I have no excess skin. However, I would love to have a quicker weight loss.
