I can't believe how much crap I've eaten over the last few days 


I'm stressed out about quite a few different things, they will get sorted out but it's stressful going through it right now.
I recently joint up with a personal trainer who gave me a food and diet plan, I became really positive and even lost a few pounds. But now I'm stressed I'm eating insanely!
I know loads of us comfort eat, it's not making me feel comforted though! But making me feel fat!!!
